Bruno Pucci face for Beachbody apparel
Double jiu-jitsu world champion Bruno Pucci has been appointed ambassador for Singapore’s Beachbody apparel and footwear.
A mixed martial arts (MMA) professional who coaches and trains while competing worldwide, the 27-year-old Brazilian has signed a partnership deal with brand licensee Global Brand Partners.
He will represent the US collection at trade events, public appearances and on its social channels, as well as appear in seasonal campaigns. He will also wear Beachbody apparel and footwear at competitions.
“Not only is Bruno a champion in jiu-jitsu and MMA,” says Global Brand Partners CEO Killick Datta, “but his grit and resolve align well with the Beachbody mission, which promotes dedication and commitment to fitness to achieve a healthy, fulfilling life.”
With its headquarters in California, Beachbody was founded in 1998 and has just launched its apparel and footwear collections. It also has gyms and offers sports nutrition supplements.
Headquartered in Singapore, Global Brand Partners was founded last year by Killick Datta and Peter Koral. Datta was the owner of fashion footwear company GBMI and also director of international business development at Nike, international director at LA Gear, Skechers and Wolverine Worldwide, and CEO of Brooks Sports. Koral was founder and former CEO of clothing retailer 7 For All Mankind.
