Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer launches in Asia
New York burger and milkshake chain Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer has launched at Marina Bay Sands.
The 133-seat restaurant located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands is the first Asian location for the chain and is an extension of the brand’s partnership with Las Vegas Sands Corporation.
Black Tap Singapore is designed to resemble a classic New York luncheonette. The facade of the flagship Asia venue features a mural by Singaporean graffiti artist Has.J, his largest solo project to date.
Black Tap Owner Chris Barish said Marina Bay Sands is the perfect home for the company’s first foray into Asia. “Our partnership with Sands has proved to be a huge success with our opening at The Venetian Las Vegas… we can’t wait to bring our take on the classic American luncheonette to our current and future fans in Asia.”
Christine Kaelbel-Sheares, VP of food & beverage Marina Bay Sands said Black Tap’s innovative culinary offerings, coupled with its bold and vibrant personality, will add a new dynamic to the destination’s dining options.
The restaurant will roll out limited time specials, holiday-themed treats, and items unique to Singapore during coming months.
Black Tap currently operates 11 restaurants across the globe.
