Food Republic launches loyalty program
Singapore’s Food Republic dining food atrium is celebrating its 13th anniversary with the launch of an FR Rewards app.
Food Republic is the first food atria in Singapore to introduce a loyalty system where customers can translate their spending into a range of perks. The mobile application, which incorporates a loyalty system, allows customers to pay for their food orders cashlessly by scanning a QR code. It features an “Order-Ahead-Takeaway” function that allows customers to beat queues by ordering food ahead and collecting them at their desired outlet.
Food Republic Singapore’s GM Andy Kiu said that during the past 13 years, the company has been listening to its customers.
“To keep up with the latest developments in the dining scene, we developed the FR Rewards app to enable cashless mobile payment in all Food Republic outlets. With the introduction of the loyalty system, we are able to offer tangible benefits to keep the dining experience fun and personable, and at the same time bring greater value in terms of cash savings.”
With each purchase made via the FR Rewards app, customers will be able to earn loyalty points to exchange for e-vouchers or special deals listed on the app. Customers receive double points for every transaction made during their birthday month.
